1st place in the WDK Tunnels PL Polish Club Pairs Championship

Orlen Oil Motor Lublin speedway riders took first place in the final of the WDK Tunnels PL Polish Club Pairs Championship in Poznań. Bartosz Zmarzlik scored eighteen points in six starts.

The pair of Orlen Oil Motor Lublin competed with the duo of KS Apator Toruń in the second heat. The race ended with a division of points. Zmarzlik won it after a great start. Two points for the “Angels” went to Emil Sajfutdinov and one to Robert Lambert. Dominik Kubera was last to cross the finishing line.

In the fifth run, the “Goats” faced competitors from Poznań. Bartosz Zmarzlik made a great start again and finished with another three points. Along the track, Kubera defeated Loktaev, who was second after the start, and scored two points. Szlauderbach finished the match without scoring any points.

Bartek triumphed in the eighth race. After the start, Dominik Kubera was third and for a moment tried to attack Andrej Lebedev, who was in second place. Later, however, he had to defend against Bartosz Smektała’s attacks, but failed and finished at the end. Orlen Motor Lublin drew 3:3 in the race with Fogo Unia Leszno.

In the thirteenth run at the start, Leon Madsen was too impatient and hit the tape. In the re-run, Kacper Woryna won the start, but Zmarzlik overtook him quite quickly. Jack Holder finished third. Motor defeated the pair from Częstochowa 4:2.

Orlen Oil Motor Lublin competed with Sparta in the seventeenth heat. The “Goats” won against the duo from the capital of Lower Silesia 5:1. Bartek won for the fifth time in Poznań. Kubera drove very wisely and did not let Maciej Janowski get ahead of him. Artiom Laguta was last.

There was no surprise in race twenty. The Motor speedway riders won a double victory over the duo from Zielona Góra. Bartosz Zmarzlik finished his participation in this tournament with a total of eighteen points.
