1st place in the European Team Championship Final

Poland won this year’s final of the European Team Championships held on the track in Grudziądz. Bartosz Zmarzlik scored thirteen points for our country in five runs.

It was very tight on the first arc in the first heat. Kim Nilsson made Bartosz Zmarzlik ride close to the wall. Bartek gained momentum on the outside, took the first place and got three points. Nilsson scored two, Hansen one. Milik was last.

In the sixth heat, Zmarzlik fought an interesting duel with Antonio Lindbaeck. However, the Pole overcame his rival along the track. Kvech scored one point, and Jensen did not score any.

Zmarzlik lagged behind at the start in heat eleven. First, the Pole was overtaken by Lindgren, and then Thomsen did the same and won. Macek came last.

Daniel Klima was leading from the start in the sixteenth run. On the second lap, Bartek overtook him and won the fight. Klima won two points. One point went to Michelsen. Thorssell finished in last position. In his last appearance in Grudziądz, Zmarzlik finished third in race seventeen. Fredrik Lindgren arrived behind him. Hansen finished third, and Kvech was last.
